Healthy Lunch and Learn at HDC
Optimum health requires good nutrition AND regular exercise. But who has
the time to exercise?
Join us as we learn the Dynamic Wellness "No-Excuses" Workout-a total
body strength training workout that can be done anywhere in 20 minutes or
less from William Baird, C.P.T., Fitness Director of Dynamic Wellness.
William will also show us how to add resistance to our at-home workout by
using exercise bands and what to look for when selecting an exercise
band.
Lunch will be organic-friendly and healthy. Vegan option available upon
request.
An optional Healthy Recipe Exchange will follow lunch. Bring a no-fuss,
fast-and-easy healthy recipe to share with the group and receive one from
everyone participating in the exchange.

less likely to have problems with insulin resistance (diabetes) or become obese

eat breakfast."
