Simple Ways to Help HDC:

1. Help us spread the word - introduce your friends and colleagues to HDC. Subscribers may request up to 50 extra copies of an issue twice a year to distribute at meetings or share with customers and clients.
2. Support our advertisers. Mention that you saw their ad in HDC. It's their support and generosity that allow us to get HDC out to the community.
3. Send us a book of stamps. Over 250 complimentary copies of each issue are mailed to organizations, businesses, schools and potential subscribers and advertisers. Postage is one of our biggest expenses.
4. Submit a short article, a list of local resources or kudo news (praise, accolades or complimentary news bites about local businesses doing good things for the community) for an upcoming issue.
5. Volunteer. HDC needs your help. If you have a few hours here or there to spare let us know. We need help making phone calls, sending out e-mails, writing letters, brainstorming, checking facts, filing and so much more.
6. Host an event (big or small) so HDC can spread the word about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and the ever growing supportive community resources available in the Chicagoland area.
